AppointmentStyler adds custom designed invitation emails to your Outlook appointments and meeting requests! Make sure your partners and clients can read your messages everywhere and every time! You're sending Outlook appointments and tasks? To email addresses of customers, partners, friends and colleagues? But what if they're NOT using Outlook? What if they're using another email client or receiving your important message on their mobile phone? Without AppointmentStyler they will possibly receive cryptic messages! But you want to invite people to e.g. a meeting via Outlook meeting request? So far so good - but how can you assure they're really able to read this request everywhere, everytime? Iphones, mobile phones, other Mail-Clients and many others tools or devices sometimes can't understand the Outlook appointment format. Syncing with Outlook is not always possible and so it might be too late if you reach your PC again. If you really want to make sure, EVERYONE understands your invitation you have to send human readable meeting requests! AppointmentStyler does this automatically. AppointmentStyler is a small but very useful Outlook Addon which adds human readable emails to your meeting and task requests in Outlook! Personalized, individual, nice, polite, official, understandable, and printable! Give your outlook meeting requests your personal note! Just insert the wished patterns in your AppointmentStyler HTML-templates - and from now on, Outlook will add an additional Email to every request you'll send: "The meeting will start at %starttime%". Will return: "The meeting will start at 13:30." Available patterns for appointments and tasks are: subject, companies, starttime, startdate, duration, location, body, persons, endtime, enddate, response requested, role, duetime, duedate, importance.
